Makaela’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. A former competitive figure skater, her career was cut short at 17 due to a car accident. 

Seeking recovery, she discovered yoga—and fell in love with its healing power.

Now a certified expert in yoga, personal training, and kettlebells, Makaela takes a holistic approach to fitness, blending movement and natural supplements for optimal healing and performance. 

Her training sessions always end with a revitalizing yoga cool-down, designed to boost mobility, rebuild strength, and energize you for the day ahead.
